Great experience with this app. It even got better lately.

It has some issues when you start the app. It is when you connect but after that it works good.

Wish you can IM or text using your business line. The app is good but whatever they can do to improve the collaboration with the signal would be beneficial.

So perfect when traveling!

Ideal app for whoever uses a VOIP pbx

This is a great app! Three things could be improved with: a call blocking feature, a quick dial from a website phone number capability so that I can just click the phone number on the website and have it dial the number, and have it allow you to add phone numbers to your favorites without adding them to your iPhone contacts to keep personal and biz numbers separate.

My employer switched phone services recently, so I had to download this app. My first complaint is that in order to add my work contacts to the contact list, I had to give the app permission to access all of my contacts. Since I only use this app for work, this is really an inconvenience and seems like an unneccessary invasion of privacy to me. My second issue is that the app doesnt let me know that calls come in unless the app is open. So, Im missing work calls on a regular basis because I dont keep the app open. I should be able to set what hours I want to receive calls during -- like some other services allow you to.

Excellent soft phone! It has met & exceeded my expectations. Successfully integrated with FreePBX no problem. Bought the 729 codec. Worked great. No complaints. Beats the pants off of Zoiper. You get what you pay for.

I like the app, but I get the Network Quality Issues message more than I would like when I use it at work. We have a small office with a VOIP phone system and I wouldnt expect the call quality to be so hit or miss.

The app works pretty well. Sometimes when I reconnect to wifi or cell service, the app doesnt register fast enough. All I have to do is kill the app and reopen it. Sound quality is great. I use it in South Africa with our server in the US and rarely have issues. Battery drain is huge though. My iPhone says it is the most battery sucking app I have. I really wish they could fix that, since battery life is always a concern.

Works great on 4G; ok to good on WiFi. Poor to average on 3G. App is easy to use and a must have for businesses. Have used in foreign countries without problem. My biggest suggestion would be an override for disallowing cell phone calls to come in. What happens is if youre using the app and you get a new phone call, it will put the call youre talking immediately on hold.

Have had no issues on both 4G and Wi-Fi, even through a VPN on both. Battery gets killed on my iPhone 6S Plus but thats due to me keeping the VPN tunnel up. Have it terminate into a Cisco UC520 so its totally free calls from anywhere in the world. A must have app for frequent travelers. Would like to see better "registration" logic as it requires manual registration most of the time.

Been using this App with our Freeswitch phone system for a couple years. Works best on WiFi and 4g.

Our company uses Jive Comm. SIP services and this client works better the the companys own app. I PAID for all the extra addins which enhanced Bria even more. I make calls when connected to LTE and 4G and customers never complain about call quality. That is something I could never do with Jives own app. I highly recommend the SIP client.

Excellent app. Huge fan. Only one fix - improve backgrounding. After 1 hour incoming calls fail to ring and go to voicemail. I must open the app every hour to ensure its "registered".

Fantastic design, layout, usability and configuration options. My relatives and friends call directly to my iPod through a local number while I am 6000 miles away in South America.

After I upgraded my Lenovo notebook to Windows 10, Bria 4 stopped working properly. I am now waiting for help from CounterPath to fix. Then I started using Bria for iPhone and it has been awesome!!! No issues whatsoever to report.
